Icebox was delighted to carve a replica ice sculpture of artist, Paul Robinson’s iconic Pink Teddy Bear.  Paul’s exciting and highly skilled work depicts a costumed vibrant pink teddy bear fused onto a painted, digital or graphic backdrop and has become a striking motif of his work.  The pink bear is “placed in the real world acting as a metaphor for discovery and exploration” and “exists between reality and make-believe, youthful innocence and corruption, leading a lifestyle that looks simultaneously enviable and questionable”.   We were delighted to carve such a recognised piece of art in ice.
