Description:

Contracted by Haygarth and on behalf of Coca Cola and the Schweppes Group, Icebox was commissioned to create an activation around the theme of ice designs, for an amazing VIP bar experience at the 2016 and 2017 Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball.

 

Icebox worked with the design team at Haygarth, the venue and the end client Coca Cola Schweppes, to create conceptual ice designs to fit the room.  Through a series of design meets, the designs were whittled down to a collection of the very best pieces, relative to the brand ethos.  The centre piece was a giant 6m wide back bar made completely out of ice, with integrated shelf systems, logos and space for product placement.  Also included in the theming were 2m high Coca Cola and Schweppes bottles, a large coca cola truck, bottle display pieces and an interactive photo frame booth.  Dry ice pumped into the drainage systems to give that final icy feel.

 

All clients were delighted with the detail and accuracy of the ice designs and the overall execution of the event.
