On ‘National Shorts Day’ Icebox was commissioned to build the UK’s first frozen beach on Potter’s Field for the ‘freeze and squeeze’ cocktail brand Parrot Bay in a bid to get the capital to, quite literally, chill out.

Sub-zero sun loungers, a rum shack ice bar and ice sculptured palm trees were erected, while Apprentice star Luisa Zissman dished out the cocktails with Tower Bridge as a back drop!
